I/we have a property already listed on some booking channels, can you still take over managing the marketing

In short yes we can.

I/we have a property but we are not based near Norfolk can you still market our holiday home?

Yes! we can offer you the following:

  1. Making sure your property is listed globally on all major booking platforms
  2. Synchronise your booking calendars for all websites
  3. Collect property booking payments
  4. Set up dynamic pricing so your property price goes up with demand
  5. Review score response
  6. Guest support during their stay

I/we have had some negative reviews. Will this go against us working with you?

No! We would need to look at what is needed to improve the review score.

How and when do you get paid?

As and when bookings for your property come in. We deduct the commission from the payment before transferring the balance to your bank account. No bookings then no payment for us.

I/we are not in Norwich can we opt for the full management service?

Unfortunately no! as we are hands-on regularly visiting properties checking on guests and services. We have restricted the full management service to Norwich city centre properties only. We can happily offer you the Global marketing and calendar synchronisation package. (see services)
